A: We accept any debts as long as the account is based in Rhode Island.

Q: Does the debt have to be a certain amount?

A: No. We accept debt accounts of all sizes.

Q: Are there out of pocket costs?

A: No. We front all costs and are paid only if we collect.

A: Small Claims: up to $5,000, District: up to $10,000, Superior: $10,000+
